Five of our highly creative Year 6 students were selected by their teachers to participate in a Design Thinking Sprint at the SCIPHA Challenge Day, held at Matthew Flinders Anglican College on Tuesday.

The Sunshine Coast Independent Primary Heads Association (SCIPHA) provides a day of extension, thinking and challenge in various disciplines. The Design Thinking challenge focused on devising a solution to a real-life problem using the human-centred design thinking methodology. Well done to Emelie, Harley, Alexa, Macahdo and Vivienne on their selection for the program and for representing Pacific Lutheran College so well during the challenges.

Next term’s SCIPHA Day, hosted here at PLC, will have a focus on Unleashing STEM Potential through Laser Cutting and Tensegrity.
