Last year the Administration and IT teams worked collaboratively on a project to update our student and parent communication processes. This required new data formatting of our school data system (TASS) to link with our learning management system (Nav). As a consequence of this, you may have noticed in parent lounge that your mobile phone number is no longer displayed in the ‘Parent Details’ tab. This record is for details shared between parents, such as home address and home phone number. The mobile number for each parent is now located in ‘Parent Details > Address Details. If you wish to update your mobile number, it can be done from this screen by selecting ‘Update Contact Details’.

Another consequence is we have now been able to issue each parent their own single login to Parent Lounge and Nav. An email was sent to all parents on the 19th of January with the subject 'Parent Login Changes', advising the change and with instructions on how to login to your new account, including your unique username. If you are having trouble logging into your new account, first try using ‘In Private’ or ‘Incognito’ mode in your browser. The issue may be that your browser is trying to automatically login to PLC services with your work or personal Microsoft account. If you still have issues, please send an email to ithelp@pacluth.qld.edu.au and a member of the IT staff will assist you.
