Taking time to breathe and be fully present in the moment can help us to recentre and refocus. By being still, our mind slows down and we can then re-engage with more thoughtful purpose and perspective. Taking time to be still in the busy rhythm of life is an important habit for us to nurture. Simple breathing routines can make a difference to our decision making, communication and effectiveness.

As we prepare for Easter, Jesus invites us to be still with Him. To sit with the promise that He walks with us and to reflect on the difference that this promise brings into our lives. He invites us to leave our failures and worries at the foot of the cross. As we look towards Easter, there is the hope and peace that comes from knowing that Jesus died and rose again for each one of us.
