Pacific Staff Strengthen Parent Partnerships Through Advanced Engagement Program

A dedicated team of Pacific Lutheran College staff has reached an important professional milestone, graduating from the 2025 Mastering Parent Engagement Plus program through the Queensland Independent Schools Parents Network.

The team, who have spent the past two years completing the Mastering Parent Engagement Workshop and its advanced cohort, celebrated their achievement in mid-October. The graduation brought together ISQ coaches and members of Pacific’s passionate Parent Engagement team, who have worked collaboratively throughout the year to strengthen partnerships with families and enhance connections to student learning across P–12.

College leaders say the program has already contributed to deeper, more meaningful interactions between parents, students, and staff.

Building on this momentum, the Early Learning Centre has now embarked on its own Parent Engagement workshop journey, extending the college’s commitment to fostering strong, supportive relationships with families from the very beginning of each child’s education.
